Insequence offices are closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
Emergency Support will be offered via on-call support starting Monday Dec. 23rd at 10:00 PM CST – Dec. 26th 8:00 AM CST.
Dec. 26th – Dec. 31 we will have 1st shift Support from 8AM CST – 5:00 PM CST.
On-Call Support will be provided for the off-hours shifts between Dec. 26th and 10:00 PM CST on Jan. 1.
Regular support shifts will start again at 10 PM CST on Jan. 1st for those plants starting back up on third shift.
