Insequence Software Certification

Insequence is now offering Software Certification for our customers. These classes are held at the Insequence office in Smyrna Tennessee USA. Certification classes will be held every quarter, the 2022 certification classes are scheduled and can be registered for on the registration page. The classes are restricted to a maximum of 6 people to ensure each person is able to complete certification in the allotted time. Insequence will schedule additional classes as needed if registration exceeds 6 people. Insequence will schedule outside the regularly scheduled classes for a minimum of 3 people attending per class. Types of Certification

Sequencing – Sequencing certification covers sequencing applications Load Manager, MRA, MRL, BOL, and Messenger. This also includes Application Security, label creation, report implementation, exports and imports. This is a three day class at Insequence Corporate offices in Smyrna, TN. Cost is $1000.00 per registrant.

Manufacturing – Manufacturing covers MES and MEM applications to include PLC integrations, conditional logic, and process implementation. This also includes Application Security, label creation, report implementation, exports and imports. This is a three day class at Insequence Corporate offices in Smyrna, TN. Cost is $1250.00 per registrant.

Manufacturing/Sequencing – This certificate covers both Sequencing and Manufacturing. This is a combination certification of all applications and incidentals covered in the sequencing and Manufacturing certifications. This is a five day class at Insequence Corporate offices in Smyrna, TN. Cost is $1850.00 per registrant.

Prerequisites for Certification

The certification class is not a beginner training class, this is an intermediate to advanced class. This will require some previous training whether provided by the site or Insequence and a minimum of 12 months of experience in a facility utilizing Insequence software. To ensure you are prepared for certification Insequence recommends a working knowledge of:

  • Methods, Routings, BOMS
  • Kitting
  • Workstation Implementation
  • How to import CSV files into the INS Systems
  • Basic Database Structure
  • Label creation, importing into the INS Systems
  • Application security and Email Notifications
  • Process Step Creation, Embedded Reports, and Exports

Certification Assessment & Evaluation

The certification process will walk the candidates through different scenarios and short-answer questions to allow for evaluation of their skills. Candidates will be graded and assessed by their ability to configure the required system and ability to answer accurately the short answer questions. Requirements to get certified will include but not be limited to:

  • Candidate will be supplied guidelines and process instructions at the beginning of the certification process.
  • Candidate will complete configuration of the system using the required applications for certification being obtained.
  • Short answer questions covering random scenarios and configuration caveats.
  • Label Creation
  • Part, BOM, Method and Routing configuration
  • Import & Export configuration and processing
  • Label creation, importing into the INS Systems
  • Application security and Email Notifications configuration
  • PLC integrations (Depending on certification)
  • Candidates will demo for the Instructor the functionality of the system they have configured.
