• Receive, process, and verify OEM demand
• Automatically organize demand into loads
• Scan validate commodities
Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
From simple to complex assemblies, the SPD Pro MES module manages the entire build process from start to finish. This includes displaying step-by-step directions, error-proofing each defined action, and interfacing to computerized systems and machinery.
• Manage your entire build process
• Handle even the most complex assemblies
• Granular traceability and error proofing
• Multiple modes of manufacturing
If you have a process flow or CAD drawings available that show workstation locations please provide them. SEE BOTTOM OF THIS FORM to submit or send to sales@insequence.com
Inventory Management System (IMS)
The Insequence SPD Pro Inventory Management System (IMS) is designed to complement your SPD Pro MES and/or sequencing system by allowing operators to easily direct the movement of goods and quickly obtain information.
