Upcoming Pricing Update – Effective July 1, 2025

At Insequence, we’re committed to providing high-quality software and support services that help automotive suppliers run efficient, reliable operations. As we continue to invest in innovation and service excellence, we want to inform you of an upcoming pricing adjustment.

What’s Changing?
Effective July 1, 2025, there will be a 3% increase to our hourly service rates, as well as to our software, maintenance, and support costs. This update includes the following:

  • Our standard hourly service rate will increase from $162 to $167.
  • All new quotes issued after June 30, 2025, will reflect the revised pricing.
  • Open quotes still under review after that date will need to be updated to align with the new rates.

This change reflects an average increase of just 1.6% annually over the past three years. In fact, over the last 25 years, our average annual rate increases have consistently remained below 2%, well under industry norms.

What About My Contract?
If you’re covered by an Insequence Master License and Services Agreement (MLSA), any rate changes will be applied according to the terms of your agreement. We encourage you to review your MLSA for details specific to your account.
