PROGRAMMING
Welcome to the Insequence Programming page. We have made several changes over the past few years, as part of our Quality Management Program, in an effort to improve communication and ensure faster response times for our customers. While we constantly work on new development, we also spend time working on Support and Custom Programming for our customers. Our programming department consists of multiple programmers with tenure ranging from 5 years all the way up to 27 years, with an average tenure of 12 years. Please check out our page and also be sure to check out our Release Notes and New Product Surveys.

Process for Requesting Programming
Current Customers With Open Projects
For any open projects, we request that you work solely with your Project Manager to request new programming. Most items should be accounted for in the original quote, but we understand that not all requirements can be defined up front. By working with your Project Manager, you may be able to find solutions by using setup, or perhaps programming. Your Project Manager can get the details together and get your approval before moving to the quoting stage. Programmers may be involved in some of your discussions to ensure we understand the processes you are trying to create. Once a programming request is written up, it should be sent to your Project Manager.

Future Product Surveys
We intend to start adding product surveys for new products and/or modifications that we are considering for future development. These surveys will be used to gauge customer interest and to consider the feedback provided by our customers before we start developing. All items listed in these surveys are just concepts and will not be guaranteed to come to fruition. However, with your feedback, you can help make some of these ideas a reality!
