Customer Portal

Insequence has made available to our customer base the Insequence Customer Portal. For access to the Customer Portal, please fill out and email Support the User Access Form. Accounts will be set up according to the information provided on the form by an authorized person from your company.

The Customer Portal allows the user to view Support Tickets and New Requests (Project Orders). The customer portal also provides wikis for site information such as software applications, versions, etc. You will also be able to keep your contact lists current allowing Insequence to validate the caller and reducing risk of requests by unauthorized personnel.
