Insequence has implemented policies & procedures concerning accessing customer systems, making changes, and system maintenance responsibilities to minimize risk to production environments and ensure timely resolution of critical issues. Holiday Support — Emergency Support

Insequence Support Department is now staffed 24 hours a day Sunday – Saturday with the exception of Dec. 24th, Dec. 25th, and Jan. 1st each year. Insequence supplies Support personnel on an On-Call basis for Emergency Support only on these holidays.
