Not really, Service Level Agreements (SLA) are often different from client to client. It is easy to say that the basics are with contract you get support and etc… but outlining what one client setup entails is not a correct path as it can misstate what another customer can expect. Any need to know about SLA should typically be discussed with the sales agent who handles your account.
