No, DB Maintenance cannot be run while in production. We require downtime in order to perform this operation as anything making a call to the database will be unable to do so during this time.
Dynamic truck loading groups allow for trucks to be loaded based on rack availability and customer demand at the time of shipping and can be modified on the fly. This feature allows for a truck loading group to be created at the time of BOL creation by the operator based on demand rather than having to choose from a pre-set rack group that may not meet the current requirements of the customer.
You can run older Database backups on a newer version of SQL, but not the other way around. However, this is not recommended. The ideal situation would be to have matching Primary and Test Servers. That way, you have the least amount of risk when testing since both servers would have the same Operating System, SQL, App versions, etc…
To ensure connection between LMRC and LMGR, start with the LMGR application on your application server. Check the application properties and make sure that there is a port configured. Also, under the File drop down menu, select the Remote Access Setup option. Set the IP address of the workstation to be running LMRC and name the machine. Now in the LMRC application properties enter the same port number and make sure the IP address of the server running LMGR is input correctly. Finally, restart both the LMRC and LMGR applications and verify that the LMRC can now connect to LMGR.

No. You would want to have the servers mirrored in order to have consistent data between them to ensure the least amount of data loss when performing a failover. You need to input the IPs or Computer Name when performing a failover, so Mirroring is needed in order for the communication to happen.
You would need to open TeamViewer and make sure you have logged in with the credentials provided in the employee handbook and Jason or Stephen would need to allow you access once one of them have been sent a notification.

Intelli-pick is an MRL function within MRL’s setup. When using Intelli-pick, you do no have to specify each slot in the rack. You can select an item such as the slot or the part number to sort by. In turn, each rack is dynamically sorted. You will have to enable this option using a check box in MRL Batch Profile Setup dialog box.
